MobiGroep Beheer
MobiGroep BV started in 1989 as a shipping company. This is also the reason why we ended up in the trade of ships. At the end of the 1990s, we added the trade in silos and machines for the cement and concrete world. Mobigroep BV was founded in 2001 and is located in Dordrecht. Thanks to the combination of trade, storage and transport, we can offer you a total package, supported by a team of experienced employees, with regard to the processing of various types of bulk goods, including cement. Below you will see various BVs described that fall under the Mobigroep.
Mobicem BV
Mobicem
Mobicem B.V. belongs to Mobigroep Beheer B.V. and is an independent trade organization that handles the trade and transport of Portland cement, blast furnace cement and fly ash under its own management. Mobicem B.V. can offer you these parties (also on a contract basis) very competitively by purchasing very large quantities of cement at once and taking care of the entire route to the customer yourself. The silo is pneumatically loaded from a bulk truck or ship and can be made suitable for loading by means of a shore crane with a minor technical adjustment. For discharging the bulk material, the lower part is provided with a diagonally positioned screw conveyor with a capacity of 150 tons/hour (cement) and a self-suction loading bellows.
MobiBulk BV
The MobiBulk is a new and unique concept for unmanned temporary storage and transshipment of powdery bulk goods such as kaolin, cement, fly ash and plaster.
The silo construction with a diameter of 9 meters is provided with a special double bottom construction with a flat bottom, resulting in such a low average ground pressure that it can be placed on any quay or subsoil on a sand bed, without the need for an expensive piled foundation!
Storage capacity up to 3000 m³
The storage capacity of the silo, 750 to 3000 m³, depends on the diameter and the number of mounted parts. These parts consist of a basic part with a discharge bottom and the associated equipment, a middle part and a roof part, provided with a dedusting filter and safety against overpressure in the silo during filling.
For greater storage capacity, the silos can be interconnected and controlled from a central silo. In this way an excellent price/yield ratio can be achieved compared to conventional storage methods.
Material transfer
The silo is pneumatically loaded from a bulk truck or ship and can be made suitable for loading by means of a shore crane with a minor technical adjustment.
For discharging the bulk material, the lower part is provided with a diagonally positioned screw conveyor with a capacity of 150 tons/hour (cement) and a self-draining loading bellows.
Self-discharging bottom construction
Even outflow of the bulk material (mass flow) is guaranteed by the self-discharging bottom construction specially developed for this application, which contains a number of alternatingly acting aeration elements. Aging of the stored material is therefore excluded! (first in – first out principle).
In short, MobiBulk is a set-up for temporary bulk storage that can be realized in a very short time and is easy to (dis)assemble, with the great advantage that, thanks to its advanced bottom construction, it can be placed at any location without the expensive piled concrete foundation!
Once set up and connected to the 380V power grid, the MobiBulk is fully self-supporting.
MPG BV
MPG BV was founded in 2013 due to a collaboration between MobiGroep and AVG. While MobiGroep specializes in cement, ship transport and mixing installations for infrastructural works, AVG operates in the transport and building materials sector, infrastructure and explosives disposal. Two versatile companies that in 2013 had a joint need for a mixing installation for dry powders and mortars. This resulted in MPG BV, which has quickly grown into a serious player in the world of special binders and mortars. One of MPG's main activities is supplying binders for the infrastructure. In addition, MPG can completely tailor cement-bound binders to the desired application.
